Guide:
The Dials: Go to the top of the lighthouse and set the dial to the number 2. Then go to the second floor of the lighthouse and change that switch until the floor above, or the third floor is set to the number 7. After that change the very bottom floor to the number 6. The next step is to change the third floor until the second floor's dial is set to the number 4. Lastly head back up to the top floor, which should now be set to the number 1. Change it to the number 2 and that should do the trick.
Radios: 1st - Below the power room. 2nd - Next to the Stamin-Up perk-a-cola. 3rd - Around the MP40. 4th - Easter egg/original characters room.
Control Room: Turn the ship's wheel to the 5 o'clock position. Pull the first lever once, and the third lever three times.
Fog Horns: 1st - Far from the lighthouse, in the water. 2nd - Down the snow slide, near to the Speed Cola perk-a-cola. 3rd - Near to the lighthouse, against the easter egg/original characters room's wall. 4th - Down the snow slide, far from the Speed Cola perk-a-cola.
